Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • You have the original proof of purchase
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened containers of oils, sealants, or chemical products
  • Products that have been partially used
  • Custom-mixed or special-order items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorisation and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address we provide

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong product
  • The product does not match the description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost

Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are supposed to do, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
